What is TM?
The Transcendental Meditation (TM) is one  of worlds most popular  and   successful   meditation program. 

The USP of Transcendental Meditation (TM)  program is its simplicity in  application. The Transcendental Meditation (TM) program and the Transcendental Meditation movement originated with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of the organization. 

In 1955, the  Maharishi began  publicly teaching a  traditional  meditation technique learnt from   his    master     Jagadguru      Shankaracharya      Shri       Brahmananda   Saraswati   that  he   called Transcendental   Deep   Meditation    and     later    renamed Transcendental Meditation. The Maharishi Mahesh Yogi initiated thousands of people, then developed a TM teacher training program  as   a way to accelerate the rate of bringing the technique to more people.

Why TM ?
Transcendental Meditation (TM) taught by certified teachers through a standard course of instruction. According to the Transcendental Meditation movement, it is a method for relaxation, stress reduction and self-development. It is reported to be one of the most widely practiced and among the most widely researched, meditation techniques, with hundreds of studies published.

It has been found in many research studies that the TM technique effortlessly produces a state of restful alertness that marked by reduced level of stress, anxiety, fatigue, and improves balanced functioning of mind and body.


How TM?
The Transcendental Meditation (TM) practice  involves the use of one - word - mantra (generally without any wordy meaning)  and is practiced  for 15–20 minutes twice per day while sitting with one's  eyes  closed. The  technique is  made  available worldwide  by certified  TM  teachers in a seven-step  course at nominal  fee which vary  from country  to  country.
